The ErgoDox EZ has a uniquely contoured shape, and is composed of two separate halves. This means that when seeking a good wrist rest to go along with the keyboard, we've had to create one from scratch. Meet the Wing.
We took the ErgoDox EZ's contour and sculpted a matching counterpart to it. The Wing naturally flows from the ErgoDox, while adding a gentle slope. We made it out of hard, substantial rubber-like silicone and gave it just the right texture to make it grippy, but not sticky. It will never slide around on your desk, but it's easy to reposition during the day.
Since the Wing is not attached to the keyboard, you can bring it right up against the keyboard, pull it away, or even position it at an angle relative to the keyboard. This means your palm and wrist get the exact support they need, and gives you the freedom to change your position during the day.
When you order the Wing ($30) you get, of course, both halves (a right half and a left half, each molded for the keyboard's contour on that side).
